Normalize SKUs and bundles in ERP

ERP should define the canonical SKU, pack sizes, and bundle explosions. Channel-specific listings map to those SKUs so every sale decrements the same stock record and finance sees one margin view.

Handle latency and partial failures

Marketplaces throttle APIs and occasionally reject updates. Build retries, dead-letter queues, and reconciliation jobs that compare ERP stock to channel stock nightly. Alerts should surface SKUs with repeated mismatches before they hit customers.
